Our mission is to inspire creativity, encourage responsible use, and bring value to everyone who engages with our services. To make sure that all members have a safe and enjoyable experience, please respect these Community Guidelines as well as applicable laws and the rights of people and communities worldwide.

DeepOpen AI LTD (“DeepOpen AI” or “Company”) reserves the right to investigate potential violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending access, blocking or banning user accounts, or reporting to relevant public authorities.

1. Follow the Law

Nova AI is designed to be a safe and lawful platform. You may not engage in or promote activities that break local, national, or international laws. Content that glorifies, supports, or encourages illegal conduct is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Acts of terrorism or crimes against humanity
  • Human exploitation or trafficking
  • The use, possession, or trade of illegal drugs, weapons, or controlled substances
  • Crimes against people or animals (e.g., assault, homicide, abuse, kidnapping)
  • Crimes against property (e.g., theft, vandalism, fraud)

2. Protection of Minors

DeepOpen AI has zero tolerance for content that harms or exploits minors in any way. This includes creating, sharing, or attempting to share content that:

  • Endangers, threatens, or exploits children
  • Depicts minors in sexual, violent, or pornographic ways

Such content will result in the immediate removal of the material and account, and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

3. Content Safety

Our services are not to be used for transmitting sexually explicit, pornographic, or intimate content. Prohibited content includes:

  • Nudity, sexual acts, sexual imagery, or depictions of genitalia
  • Requests for or offers of sexual services
  • Graphic violence, gore, or depictions of blood, mutilation, or deformed bodies

Nova AI is intended to be a safe space for creativity, not a platform for disturbing or harmful visuals.

4. Misinformation and Harmful Content

We do not allow Nova AI to be used for creating or spreading harmful, false, or misleading information. This includes:

  • Misleading medical advice (e.g., anti-vaccination claims or false health guidance)
  • Conspiracy theories or disinformation campaigns
  • Content aimed at undermining elections, voting processes, or political integrity
  • False claims about natural disasters, emergencies, or public safety
  • Content that stirs hatred, fear, prejudice, or incites violence

Additionally, Nova AI must not be used to generate or disseminate data for purposes related to law enforcement, immigration, asylum processes, or predicting criminal behavior, especially where profiling or discriminatory targeting is involved.

5. Harassment

Nova AI is not a place for bullying, harassment, or targeting others. Prohibited content includes:

  • Defamatory or disparaging remarks
  • Insults, profanity, or offensive language
  • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating behavior

We are committed to ensuring that interactions in our community remain respectful, safe, and inclusive.
