REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our products on our website (the “Website”) relating to Gemicici AI – Nova AI Chatbot (the “Product”) offered by DeepOpen AI LTD (“DeepOpen AI” or the “Company”).

The Company provides a goodwill refund option for purchases made directly on the Website, if you are not satisfied with the Product, provided that you meet the conditions set forth in this Refund Policy, in addition to any mandatory refund rights granted by applicable law.

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. You must contact us to claim a refund within (i) 14 days following your purchase (for monthly and longer-term subscription periods); (ii) 7 days following your purchase (for weekly and bi-weekly subscription periods) that is directly made on the Website, and in any event before the end of your subscription period.
  2. The Product must not have been used for more than 10 messages in total, whether in a single chat or across multiple chats. If the Product has been used to send more than 10 messages in total, the User will not be entitled to a refund under this Refund Policy.

If you do not satisfy the conditions above, the payments you have made are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise mandatorily required by applicable law.

Please note that if, during checkout, you are presented with an alternative refund option (for example, a free trial), you will not be eligible for a refund under this Refund Policy.


Note to EEA, UK or Turkey Residents

If you are a consumer residing in the EEA, UK or Turkey, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a contract of sale or services. However, when you contract with us for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as our Product): (i) you expressly request and consent to the immediate supply of the service by signing up for the Product; (ii) you agree that such digital content is made available to you immediately upon sign-up; (iii) you give your prior consent to the Company beginning performance when you sign up; and (iv) you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal when you sign up for the Product.

If you have not lost your right of withdrawal, you may withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us of your decision (e.g., letter or e-mail). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract (and have not waived the right as described above), we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.


Changes to this Refund Policy

We may unilaterally amend and update this Refund Policy from time to time. Please review this page periodically for changes. We will notify you by posting the updated Refund Policy on this page. Amendments are effective as of the publication date. You are responsible for following updates and will be deemed to have agreed to the amendments if you confirm them or continue to use the Product following publication.
